CONCEPT STAGE

This is the stage where searching for ideas, markets and product feasibility happens. There are many ways to get to the bottom of initial conceptions and thoughts about how to start your venture or organization.

We can adapt to your pace of investigation, acting as a sounding board along the way and filling in analysis, when needed. We use future scenarios to help predict possible outcomes.

Ideally, this may take one to two months, depending how much information you already have on the marketplace.

Creating a business plan at this time is helpful but not necessary to get to the next stage. We can quickly help you lay out a initial strategic plan to position your company or organization for reasonable growth in the next 12 to 24 months.
