About Us

She is a seasoned Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Consultant with more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in electronics, media, and education industries.  Her expertise includes strategic foresight analysis; publishing and ecommerce distribution; performance analytics; social media strategy; content management and online advertising.

Early in her career, she gained valuable product management experience with hi-tech companies in Silicon Valley such as Ford Aerospace, TRW, Icore International and Raychem.  Then, she spent 10 years as an executive in the media sector serving on the senior management teams of two large metro newspapers: The San Francisco Chronicle and The Houston Post.

Michele was a pioneer in the Internet industry as a member of the founding team of five early stage companies including World Pages, Wired News, CBSMarketWatch.com (a successful IPO), Zinio Systems and NewsStand (Austin).  She has been an innovative leader on start-up teams, and now serves as a lead consultant for early to mid-stage companies in desktop search, social media, online advertising, online education, geo-mapping, medical devices and transporation. 

Michele obtained a B.A. in History from DePauw University; an M.L.S. from Indiana University; an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Certificate in Strategic Foresight from University of Houston. As an executive leader, she has served on many advisory councils and boards, including The Sea Ranch Association; SocoNexus, North Bay Angels, Edgewood Center for Children and Families; Ethical Metalsmiths, Hack the Hood and Health Through Art. She is a frequent judge for start-up pitch  competitions and served ten years on the adjunct business faculty of Golden Gate University. Currently, she is on the adjunct faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College, teaching in the entrepreneurship program.
